We took our 10 year old Border terrier, 'Marley' to vet clinic on new years eve, as she was struggling to breathe. We had been to vet nearer to us, 5 previous times to which they couldn't find anything wrong with her. Turns out she had 2 tumours in her chest, & fluid on her lungs. We euthanasiaed our precious girl. Dr Elle, was the most patient, understanding & caring vet you could possibly want for. She explained everything & gave us options & possible outcomes. I highly recommend this vet clinic for your cherished pets.

A wonderful, caring vet who was so understanding when my poor, little 17-year-old furbaby had to be euthanised. After a bad experience at Shepparton Vets, I was traumatised and concerned about the visit. I was recommended GV Vets as the best in Shepparton and I'm so relieved I found them. It was the first time I'd been there and the staff were so caring and spent extra time with me when I was upset even though they were really busy. They gave me all the time I needed and were really kind to me and my baby and gave me plenty of time to say goodbye both, before and after. The card they sent with my furbaby's paw print meant so much to me afterwards. Thank you for making this sad time a little easier.

On Easter Friday our precious Golden Boy (Alfie) unexpectedly passed. We were on holiday from Adelaide, staying with family. GV Vets Shepparton was our unknown after hours option. Alfie had never been to this vet before however the treatment, love and care he was provided was as if he had been going there for years. In turn the compassion and empathy that was extended to us on one of our worse days was truly amazing.

I can’t fully express how much gratitude I have for GV Vets and especially Dr. Madison for the incredible care they gave to my girl Storm. Storm wasn’t just a pet—she was my world, my constant companion, and my heart. For about 8 months, we navigated an incredibly difficult journey with her illness, and throughout it all, the team at GV was there, every step of the way. From the very first appointment, I felt a deep sense of trust in the care they provided. They never rushed us, always made room in their schedule to see Storm, and most importantly, they listened. My concerns, my questions, my instincts as her person were always taken seriously and treated with the utmost respect. Dr. Madison was a true angel throughout this entire experience. Her compassion, dedication, and tireless effort to give Storm the best possible quality of life were beyond anything I could have hoped for. She went above and beyond time and time again—trying every reasonable option, explaining everything with honesty and empathy, and always treating Storm like the precious soul she was. It wasn’t just medical care—it was emotional support, gentle reassurance, and true partnership. When the time came to say goodbye to Storm, it was one of the most painful moments of my life. But Dr. Madison was there, guiding me through it with such tenderness and grace. She made sure Storm was comfortable and at peace, and she stayed by my side through the heartbreak. I’ll never forget that. And even after Storm crossed the rainbow bridge, the kindness didn’t stop. Sally and the rest of the team were so gentle and supportive, helping me navigate the grieving process, offering thoughtful aftercare, and making sure I never felt alone. The love and care we received at GV Vets will stay with me forever. I will always be grateful for the way they treated Storm—with dignity, compassion, and so much love. Thank you for being there for us in every way that mattered.

They were wonderful and compassionate with us. They understood the challenges we faced with our beloved girl and gave us the space and time needed with her before having to let go. Thank you. We never felt rushed or pressured in anyway and the staff were amazing and supportive especially to the children saying goodbye to their beloved pet . Thank you for your kindness

We are incredibly grateful for the care our Family pet received during an after-hours emergency visit. Lauren was compassionate, patient, and truly went above and beyond during a very stressful time. It was clear how much she genuinely cared, and, thanks to her amazing care, our bunny pulled through. My dry nose 2 footer sent me here, I wasn't even sick the door is automatic and it gave me a lil fright because i thought it was going to get me. I went across the strange floor I hadn't been on a slippery one before I got weighed and I had a lil nap and woke up with a dish stuck to my head and stitches in my tummy. The ppl were very nice to me and my dry nose. Even my dry nose was happy with the price. There was a follow up included a week later just to make sure my dry nose was looking after my needs correctly and now I am dish free and 4 ever a spinster! Thanks all from Lady Margaret.
